Individual DSE Assessment in Yorkshire
Medical research has shown that certain postures adopted whilst sitting at a computer can place strain on the body leading to micro-trauma. The Display screen equipment (DSE) regulation require DSE assessments to be conducted for all significant users of display screen equipment (computer workstations) in particular people who have been off work due to musculoskeletal problems. Individual users will be assessed prior to the DSE assessment taking place. This will provide detailed information on aches/pain experienced by the user from any aspects of their workplace. The DSE assessment will then be conducted with the user whilst working at their workstation. Our in-depth assessment would cover:

- Training on good postural alignment when seated
