DSE Assessments via Zoom video call
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many employees are currently working from home.
DSE risk assessments are required by law for all users of display screen equipment and employers have a duty to assess the level of risk to their employees who are working from home.
To prevent employees from developing musculoskeletal injuries throughout the coronavirus outbreak, Fit4Work is offering their individual remote DSE assessments by Zoom video call.
The video call allows employees to receive the same comprehensive assessment and advice as they would in a face-to-face DSE Assessment, at a time that suits them.
We will look at their posture, the quality and positioning of the equipment they are using and give them advice and training on how to minimise the risk of developing a musculoskeletal injury, e.g. how to adopt a correct sitting posture.
We will guide them on how to make on the spot changes to their workstation if possible and compile a detailed report of our recommendations on how to minimise the risk to your employee.
It’s a quick an easy way to ensure your employees are as safe and comfortable as possible when working from home.
